For this client, an innovative biopharmaceutical company, they were seeking a quick turnaround on revisions to existing documents and creation of new literature to be used for a marketing presentation.
The first task was to revise and update an existing IFU (Information For Use). The revisions were minimal; adding some new copy and correcting some previous text. The addition of color was added to section headers to make them easier to find.
Next task was to create a 5 in x 7 in instruction booklet from the single-page IFU. Every page in the booklet consisted of a color-coded header with matching page elements to make each section distinguishable. Graphics were scaled to fit, if needed. Some minor edits were performed on some illustrations. The final product was a 16-page booklet, which was later translated into various languages; performed by an outside translation firm.
