I was hired as an consultant for a rebranding project for a real estate investment firm.
Templates were provided for the brochure. Using Illustrator, I recreated 2D floor plans and snippets of maps for each apartment property. The vector images were imported into QuarkXpress, which was used for the overall layout; where the copy and text were stylized according to predefined guidelines. Additional text and images were updated to reflect the new look and brand.
